Additionally, my approach to Integrated Counselling combines various therapeutic models to create a personalised treatment plan that addresses your unique challenges. Whether you're dealing with work-related stress, relationship issues, sex and sexuality, or personal struggles, integrated counselling offers the tools and insights needed to navigate life's complexities.
