I had my first visit to Alison last year after injuring my shoulder. As it was during the lockdown it was a while before anything could be done. When able, I met Alison and after the first treatment I could definitely feel such a difference. The treatment room is so peaceful and relaxing and Alison is so welcoming and friendly as well as finding other problems with my joints, some of which I didn't know I had! She is steadily getting there with my shoulder problem, unfortunately because of lockdowns we have had to stop and start treatments. I intend to go for treatment every month in the future to keep me more flexible and relaxed. Alison gives an excellent service with great value for money.

I have known Alison for a number of years. From time to time I suffer with work related ‘shoulder niggles ’ along with the occasional sports injury and aged related skeletal problems too. Alison always listens with empathy and addresses the areas that are causing me problems with a fantastic deep tissue massage. I come out feeling that the bionic woman yet at the same time relaxed. Alison is kind, sincere friendly and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending her.

Upon my arrival Alison was very welcoming, offering me a drink and putting me at ease. She was professional yet friendly, and fantastic at her job! The massage helped to alleviate the aches and pains I experience as a runner. She offered advice after my massage for going forward which was very helpful too. I have been for a massage with Alison. And lay in the frontal position. While she was working on neck and back. I was away with fairies so calm and relaxed. When session was finished but I wanted to stay. Feeling so good it made my day! The overall effect is wonderful and she is good at her job. My recommendation is very high.

I've had reiki from Ali now for a few years. Everytime has been very useful to me (I suffer from psychosis). During the lockdown I've been having long distance reiki which has been excellent. I would recommend Ali to anyone who is wanting a reiki session.

I have been having deep tissue massages with Ali for a few months for a shoulder and back problem. Ali's treatment has definitely helped with the muscular tension. I have also been for a full body massage and facial. This treatment is fantastic, thoroughly relaxing.

The pain at the top of my shoulders was unbearable. I had difficulty turning my head to left and right. Two half hour sessions with Ali concentrating on these areas with her deep tissue therapy worked wonders and gave instant relief. I can highly recommend Ali.
