Contacting and arranging a fast appointment was easy. Dean came on time. He checked access to the wasp nest via the loft and then treated the nest from the corner of the eaves. Rats. What a reliable and professional gentlemen. I rang APCS and spoke to Dean and explained I had a rat in the house. Dean came out the same day and surveyed the house for rat activity. He found out where they were accessing the house and baited accordingly. He made regular visits over the next week to make sure everything was fine. Within a week he was happy there was no more activity. He even cemented the hole in the wall to stop access. I can't stress how good he was! I had been recommended Mr. Epton by a friend of mine who had problems with some wasp nests. He fitted the appointment around my availability and was spot on time, Mr. Epton was courteous and professional at all times and got the nest taken care of straight away.
