Contacting and arranging a fast appointment was easy. Dean came on time. He checked access to the wasp nest via the loft and then treated the nest from the corner of the eaves. Rats. What a reliable and professional gentlemen. I rang APCS and spoke to Dean and explained I had a rat in the house. Dean came out the same day and surveyed the house for rat activity. He found out where they were accessing the house and baited accordingly. He made regular visits over the next week to make sure everything was fine. Within a week he was happy there was no more activity. He even cemented the hole in the wall to stop access. I can't stress how good he was! And finally he wasn't expensive….Great value to have a horrible experience removed.Moreexpand_more
