Once again Neil has done a brilliant job on a very, very slow draining bathroom sink. He dismantled it all and found it blocked with grouting from previous workmen. Without any fuss he went for new parts to the merchants and did a fantastic job. I really would recommend Neil to anyone he is not just thorough but seems to sort a job that people ( not so thorough have left ) Thank you Neil.

How often do you find a tradesman who turns up when he says he will? Well this guy does turn up and on time too! Went above and beyond to get the job right, no short cuts, and using quality parts (even explained why those parts where the right ones). Did my job at short notice to fit the work in before Christmas despite obviously being busy with other jobs at the time. Explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it. The job was finished neatly to a good standard at a very reasonable price, no mess left for me to clear up. Would not leave the job until it was exactly right, when most would have said 'ah, that will do' and left it working but not quite at the right standard. Clearly a very experienced plumber, really knows his trade and with high standards of work. Highly recommended.

Had Neil quote for the fixing of 2 toilets that were constantly passing water and also the replacement of an old kitchen mixer tap. From initial contact to job completion, Neil does not mess about…After his first visit to ascertain the job(s) at hand, including what options were available, Neil informed me of his current workload and advised me of how was best to proceed until he could fit me in; that said and after giving an itemised quote that was excellent value for money, he managed to get down again within a couple of days, ahead of schedule and cracked on with the lot, repairing everything that was asked of him and offering sound advice along the way…and at the price stated! Neil is a top bloke, is great to talk with and is good humoured…And it goes without saying…THIS MAN KNOWS HIS TRADE! …Trustable, reliable, great workmanship and an all round outstanding service…I would recommend Add-Taps to anyone and Neil is the only plumber I will ever call…Cheers pal and all the best!

Just had a kitchen tap replaced. Plumber arrived in quick time and carried out the work in a very professional and timely way. Excellent neat and tidy job. Friendly and informative. I think it would be hard to better this service. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to everyone who wants a reliable and genuine hard working trustworthy person.

Neil replaced a kitchen tap, and also noticed several other faults, which he carried out with no additional costs, this is the third job he has done for me and I cannot praise him highly enough.

Neil fitted a new toilet and cistern for us he did a great job he came when he said and nothing was to much trouble I'd bought the wrong one and he even went for the right one for me how kind is that. He's really nice and friendly, I'd definitely keep his number and would recommend him to family or friends.

Problem with my toilet. Rung Neil Friday 9am. He arrived 2pm same day. The time he said he would arrive. Did a first class job. At a reasonable price.

Neil has carried out two jobs for us at different properties. On both occasions he came on time and explained what was needed and carried out the work to a high standard. We would highly recommend the excellent standard of his workmanship.

Neil has done various jobs for us ( he is so reliable and genuine ) the last job he did for us was to fit an outside tap we are so happy with it, wished it had been years ago. I would recommend him to anyone he really is such a good worker.

Usually the problem when you find a good tradesman is getting them in to quote a job and actually getting them to do it because they are too busy to deal with the smaller jobs. It wasn't the case with Add-Taps. He arrived quickly to have a look at what I needed doing in my bathroom, quoted quickly and gave a start date which was kept to. The quality of the work that Neil carried out was A1. He was meticulous in every aspect of my bathroom refit and clean and tidy as he went. He pointed out a couple of little issues that I may have wanted to address, so after I gave the go ahead he did those while he was there. He also found a couple of little niggles with other bits in the bathroom and just did those for free as he went along. What else can I say… Excellent!

A couple of years ago Neil fitted a shower cubicle and did a fantastic job and today he sorted out a dripping shower. Both times he was really pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I would strongly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Called Neil as our bathroom sink tap not working properly. I was worried that the job was too small to come out, but Neil said he would do it and came when he said he would. Neil is friendly and does a very good and clean job. He even noticed another dripping tap and mended that too! Both taps perfect now…very happy! I would recommend Neil to anyone.

Arrived within 2 hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem,gave me a quotation, which was very reasonable, and did the job without any fuss or mess. New ceramics for my badly dripping tap. I found Neil efficient, courteous arriving on time. He explained everything to me quickly sorting things out and cleaning everything up before he left. I would absolutely recommend him to people.
