7 Day Quick Pass

Booked a 7 day course. Paid £895. Got date of lessons starting a month later. Not 7 days then. No one turned up on scheduled date. After numerous unanswered calls texts and emails I finally got through to Ian Perry who said we can start in 4 weeks time. Not a 7 day again. I refused as I had already booked the scheduled time off. Asked for a refund 14th November. Still waiting and have now been blocked.

I contacted this guy called Ian to book an intensive driving course of 25hrs and I paid 895£ for him hoping that I'll got that service and I waited him to find me an instructor to start my course he kept delaying me and lying to me that he can not find available instructor for me but all of it was a lie just to waste time till I decided that I want to cancel this course and asked for refund and now it's been 3 months almost didn't got my money back and Ian is the biggest Scammer and liar ever he can create fake stories just to waste your time and forget about your money, I lost 895£ for a scam but I'll never let it go easily, they don't even worth that 1 star.

After speaking to Ian on the phone I went ahead and booked an intensive driving course And payed a deposit of £635 pounds after waiting for seven weeks and still not had a date to start driving lessons and no contact from 7day quick pass I decided to go with someone else and got a date for two days later. So I asked for a refund from 7 day quick pass they sent an email to say some one will contact me within 7days this is the tenth day and still no contact. Tried to ring, email, and text but nothing so it looks like to me that this company is one big scam that’s way I am writing this so no one else will get scammed like me. I will be informing the ombudsman for obtaining money through deception. So if you do not want to get scammed by this so called company stay well away.

I had my lessons with Amon. I am an academician by profession. Amon is one the best instructors/teachers I came across in my life. She is a very methodical instructor with extreme patience. After my first lesson, she easily identified my lackings and guided me step by step to correct/overcome them so that I was able to pass the exam. So without any doubt, I am rating her as a five star instructor. I wish her all the best.

I was so impressed with this company. Ian was excellent getting me booked in with my Theory Test and Practical Driving Test right away along with my 15 hour driving course to prepare. The Theory Test study material he provided was super helpful, and I was able to pass the Theory Test on the first try. Ian answered any questions I had when we talked on the phone. I was even appointed a customer support individual, Paige, to help with any questions and to arrange (and even rearrange) bookings for me. Paige and Ian answered phone calls and texts immediately, which was much appreciated. They were both always friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the way with great communication. I was very impressed that they worked around my schedule to accommodate me in all bookings in a very short amount of time. This was because I was far along in my pregnancy with my due date quickly approaching. Lou was appointed as my driving instructor. She was fabulous, and I 100% recommend her! Even though I came in with prior driving experience, I learned new things I could improve upon every single lesson. She was an absolute joy to drive with, and she had a professional yet calming presence. Lou’s a very kind, patient person who built up my confidence and driving skills immensely in each lesson. With her guidance, I was able to pass the Practical Driving Test on the first try. I couldn’t be more pleased with her support and can’t recommend her enough!Moreexpand_more

Best driving school out there good on value for money staff are all great kind n caring I pass first time if u do join with these now.

After 3 years of struggle with having a stable tutor I got in contact with Ian as I had just cancelled my lessons with my previous tutor who would only take me for lessons once in a month. I spoke to Ian who assured me he would get a good tutor for me. Started of on the 9th of August and passed my test on 7th of September. Thanks to the AMAZING Lou…. She helped me gain my confidence, trusted me to make decisions and was so patient with me through all the lessons. And on the test day she assured me I will be fine and I passed first time with only 2 minors. Thank you Louise. I am so so grateful. To the 7 days pass team, you are doing a good job here. Weldone.

So happy with the whole process of my driving experience, the organisation was excellent made it so simple and easy, anytime I had a question someone came back to me straight away can’t recommend this company enough they take all the stress away. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Really great and easy way of getting your test and out of the way instructor (Lou) was super professional and a great support and always stay relaxed and gives great advice to really help you feel comfortable when preparing for your test.

I would have left a better review if we had left before our most recent experience as up to then everything was ok other than the odd hiccup. Unfortunately the last test was a disaster we still don’t know why but the instructor didn’t turn up for the lesson the day before the test and didn’t turn up on the day of the actual test. I tried to contact both Ian and Tony but they did not respond - I still don’t know what happened and of course my son failed. I will not be using MI again and I would not recommend it based on the latest experience as that was completely unforgivable. I know this is a negative review but it is 100% honest.

Ian is Moore then Awesome. Professional and quick answer if you need something. Tony not as good. Cost a lot compere to others company's but worth it. Very quick arrangement for test and great instructor (HELEN). Excellent instructor with great attitude and learning skills. In overall I will highly recommend. Just remember that FOR CUALITY you mast pay.

I had an intensive course for only a few weeks before my test and passed first time. Absolutely loved my intensive course and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely amazing, genuinely couldn’t of asked for better. So efficient in finding me a test and such genuinely kind people cannot help enough. Sean as an instructor has been fabulous, I cannot fault him one bit. Helped me pass first time with a genuine kindness and sense of humour. 1000% recommend!

Granted the courses are not cheap and work out as a higher rate per hour, but they provide timely starts, flexibility and effort finding upcoming tests dates to fit around availability despite the long wait for tests at current. Available and approachable when needing to contact the company and keen to help where they can. My instructor Graham was great and clearly very experienced - I felt in safe hands and supported at all times.

Very well organised and friendly really professional service would return for over family members.
