Artur and Svita have given my carpets an annual clean for the last 5 years. They are friendly and reliable and super conscientious. They are always flexible when I request additional small jobs and the quality of their work is superb. Prices are good too! Highly recommended in every respect.

Im a Landlord in sheffield and often get tenants leaving properties in less than a desirable state. So when I saw a Van around the queens round area of sheffield advertising 3 carpets cleaned for £55 I took a note of the phone number as it sounded fairly cheap. I called him about 2 months later when I had some tenants vacate a house leaving the carpets in the whole house looking really bad initially I was sure they would need to be replaced. But as the cleaning price was just a fraction I thought I would chance a clean… I was amazed when I returned within a couple of hours to find them almost spotless, there had been a couple of really stubborn stains which Arthur pointed out could not be removed but the rest of the carpets looked amazing… I was so impressed I thanked him several times and even text him a tank you after they left, hence this review. You should be called 24carat or 5Star cleaning solutions. Will Clearly be using you agin….

The "before" and "after" look of my carpets are telling the success story! They look brand new and there is no smell of strong chemicals either, just clean smelling carpets. I had also asked Arth to have a go at some very stained areas of my sofa which was previously taken on by another well known cleaning company unsuccessfully. My sofa looks great, with most of the stains removed.

I called them out to look at my lounge wool carpet which had had a bad water spillage caused by a flower vase topping over while I was out-the water did stain the carpet quite badly-they unfortunately couldn't remove the stain-but they were so honest about it-they gave up their time to come and look at the job and whilst some would have taken it on and probably not removed it but charged us for the job this was not the case-it makes such a change not to be ripped off and to have people with honesty and integrity. If I do need any carpets cleaning in the future I would definitely call in these again.

Carpet and suite clean. Would highly recommend. Communication prior to appointment excellent and made me feel confident even before the clean. He wasn't happy to leave the badly stained area not at 100 per cent so they went off to fetch another solution and we're back on it within half an hour. Came up like new. Anybody with kids/grandkids = yoghurt spills will imagine how bad it was ! And they did the runner in the hallway. Price as quoted. Won't hesitate for when I need other carpets cleaning. Thank you for a great service - it seems rare these days.

5 carats did a really excellent professional job on my living room, hallway, bedroom and stairways. The cream carpets were very grubby and came up like absolute new. I was delighted with their work, they were exceptional value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would use them again with no hesitation.

This is the second time I have used 5carats to clean a property I rent out and the result has been great both times. Arth is extremely accommodating with regards key collection and drop off, provides before and after pictures and is reasonably priced, the house looks spotless. Good communication as well, would highly recommend!

5Carats did a great job getting my house clean and ready to be sold, a great investment as the place is looking far more appealing to a would be buyer.
