My apartment needed treatment for bed bugs. I was promised a professional and high-quality service and I couldn't have received further from that. I had two visits, both times the technician was severely delayed. The first visit - this delay was 45 minutes. The second visit - more than 90 minutes. Both times they called me and said that they were at the tube station which is a ten minute walk away from my house and asked for directions I have absolutely no idea why this happens when I provided a postcode and clear directions for where to park. We've all used Google maps and can vouch for its accuracy - it doesn't take people 10 minutes away from their final destination. The problem with this persisted further upon arrival of the technicians. Because they were behind schedule they proceeded to do the job as quickly as possible. My daughter brought an injured stray dog home and by the time we realized our house was swarming with flies. We requested a flea treatment on a Saturday and I just assumed they would come Monday.
