10 to 2 Driving School

I previously completed a 40 hour intensive course with another company but failed my test. With this company I payed for 2 additional test but my instructor didn't have availability to continue with lessons until November so I had to find a new instructor quickly. I looked online and reached out to 10 to 2 driving school late Friday afternoon. Within 15 mins I received a response asking if I was free for a call to discuss my needs and availability. That's when I spoke to Glen. I explained the situation and discussed what I needed and we agreed my first lesson would be the following Tuesday. Once I knew I had secured a new instructor I contacted the company to rebook another test not realising they would fast track it and the date was set for 5 weeks later. To say Glen is a miracle worker is an understatement. My anxiety was through the roof from day one. He was so patient and kind. Reassuring and provided praise at the end of ever lesson no matter how bad it was. We kept looking to try and push the test date back but continued working with the date we had. I ended up completing 20 hours of lessons with Glen in just 5 weeks without feeing like we were rushing to get them in. If he had a cancellation he would see if id like the slot but without preasure to accept. Ater unsuccessful moving my test date, the day of my second test arrived. I still hadn't managed to contain my anxiety in my lessons so worried about the test. On route to the test centre I received constructive criticism but he was also reassuring me and tried to keep me calm. Then it was test time… Eeek…. 45 mins flew by but I was still so anxious but the test was over. The examiner and I got out the car and Glen joined us. He turned his tablet around so we could see the result on screen. I couldn't believe what is saw. I had only gone and passed with 7 just minors. Im still in shock and I absolutely could not have done it without Glen and 10 to 2 driving school. Thank you so much Glen for everything.Moreexpand_more

I have had 4 instructors in total with 4 tests previously either cancelled or rescheduled. It's been a long, long, LONG road to get here but my instructor got me through and I can't thank, or recommend him enough. The experience from start to finish has been very friendly, yet professional and even with my many years of being a learner, I was still finding out new information or new hints and tips to help along the way. The first actual test I've taken passed with 5 minors. Can't recommend enough, if I could give more than 5 stars I truly would.

Just passed on my first attempt with four minors after about 30 hours with Glen. Really great instructor, I was driving within the first hour lesson, and he was patient and flexible with me throughout my time learning. Great tunes on in the car too. Would recommend .

I passed first time with Glen with only 25 hours of lessons. Glen is a great, calm instructor that clearly can do his job while also keeping the student calm and teaching them in good time in time for your test. He also will help you with your theory test if you haven’t passed that yet. Couldn’t thank him enough for helping me achieve such a milestone in my life. I am beyond grateful.

Had a week long course with richard and past first time. With 25 years experience there isn't much he doesn't know.

Absolutely Fantastic Instructor, Patience, Kind and amazing person. Richard helped me so more from having to find a new instructor to the day of my test he's been nothing but helpful and just helped me to pass first time by giving me time and for me to be ready when I was ready to sit my test. I couldn’t recommend Richard enough. I was a complete beginner and I was quite anxious about driving in the beginning. Richard is a fantastic driving instructor. After having a terrible experience with a previous instructor, Richard was a breath of fresh air. I am quite an anxious person and Richard made me feel at ease, he built my confidence up very quickly. I would 100% recommend him especially if you can be quite nervous as his teaching style is very calm and reassuring. Thanks to Richard I passed my test on my second attempt.

Richard was a great instructor. I passed first time with him and I think is down to how patient and calm his approach is which puts you at ease as a beginner driver. Everything was always explained and taught in an understandable way and I genuinely always looked forward to my driving lessons. Couldn’t recommend Richard as your driving instructor enough!

I passed my driving test first time, I had 24 hour worth of lessons, the confidence I gained from my instructor was fantastic, I can't thank my instructor enough, thank you for changing my life and opening new doors and adventures!

Richard is an excellent instructor. He’s very professional, friendly and patient. He explains everything really well and takes the time to focus on any areas you might be struggling with, tailoring lessons with helpful exercises to help you overcome those challenges. Rich has been an amazing instructor, I don't think I could have asked for a better one! He's super friendly, calm and will explain things in a way in which you will understand. He gave me a lot of confidence in my driving and I passed my test first time! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed every lesson with Richard and what made it better was that he was very patient with my driving and everytime I had a lesson I kept learning new things which made it even better, would definitely recommend for any new drivers.
