Carroll's Covers

Carroll's Covers recently made new loose covers for our settee which is an old favourite with squishy feather cushions. Tony was very professional and helpful throughout; advising on fabric, suggesting a different design which made the cover fit better and delivered back within the timescale agreed. They fitted so well that the settee is just like new without losing the comfy feel. We are delighted with the result and would happily recommend Carroll's Covers.

Tony is such a great guy, so professional a real craftsman, it was a pleasure to work with him and the results speak for themselves, he did an amazing job.

We have had our new covers delivered and fitted by Tony, we are absolutely delighted with them. A first class service from Tony and Luisa. We had a large sofa and sofa bed covered and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. Great communication,excellent choice of materials and workmanship, and a very friendly service. Also very flexible with timescales as we were having a lot of building work done at the time. All in all, a fabulous service which we totally recommend.

I’ve had a corner unit conservatory sofa covered by Carroll’s Covers. I am delighted with the final result and cannot thank Tony and Louisa enough for their help and workmanship. I had two duresta sofas and a chair about twenty years old but sturdy Tony Carroll from Carrolls covers made covers I chose the velvet fabric from him they were quickly ready and now look like new sofas and chair they are high quality and the fitting service of template first and once made up then he fits them he is punctual and likes to make a perfect job of it his wife Luisa does the addmin with great communication and hassle free transaction it was a pleasure to do business and I am so happy with the result and I still have the furniture I love it's like new again…. We recently had new covers made by Carroll's for our three piece suite. The work they did was superb, from the home visits and choice of fabrics offered, through to the quality and fitting of the covers themselves.

Tony is a diamond, attention to detail was terrific. Excellent 1st class workmanship. Transformed sofa-bed immensely. Perhaps not the cheapest but certainly value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Tony spent time making his templates for our sofa bed and chair even before we placed our order to ensure a perfect fit which they are. Tony's patience and willingness to get our new cushions to our liking has been an example of super customer service. I wish others were as good. We are absolutely delighted with the loose covers that Carrolls have made for our Duresta Settee and Chair. Tony is a true craftsman and his attention to detail is a joy to see. Tony spent approximately 4 hours measuring and carefully taking patterns of our furniture whilst we took our time looking through the large selection of pattern books which he brought with him. When the covers were completed at Carroll's workshop Tony delivered and fitted the loose covers. Again he was meticulous and the final results are all we thought they would be. We would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful company.

Tony came to renew my loose covers a few months ago. He's a very professional guy and his knowledge about loose cover furniture is without question. He came and spent a good few hours measuring my sofas whist I picked fabric from his myriad of choice. A few weeks later he was back to fit. By golly what a fit. They are tucked and fitted so well that they don't move an inch…. And he has little secret something's to keep them in place. I have waited until I've washed them to see if I can refit them myself (although he did offer to come and do that if I was struggling). They are perfect. I had struggled to find a good loose cover specialist after the last set was made by a national widely advertised company. They had been rather poor since the beginning and I was starting to think I would need new sofas……but I found a true gent and now have the patterns so the next ones will be less expensive! Tony(Carroll's Covers)provides an exceptional service. He produces loose covers that are loose in name only. The covers fit like a glove and look more like re-upholstery; you wouldn't believe you can take them off your sofa and put them in your washing machine. Tony travelled down from Lancashire to our home in the West Midlands and spent a good 5 hours making a fabric pattern of each of our sofas; about 3 weeks later Tony was back fitting the finished product. The result is stunning and has transformed our 15 yr old Tetrads from sloppy "shabby chic" into contemporary smart and stylish. Tony is one of the good guys, a gentleman and an artisan who cares about his work and has the skill to produce a fine quality finished product. I can't recommend highly enough; and the price is good too. ! Thanks Tony and thanks to your splendid machinist.
