I recently had an all on four implants with Bruno Silvio and I’m so happy, I’ve had no pain from beginning to end, Bruno explains things so well and makes you feel very comfortable when being turned down by others Bruno took me on he has changed my life and now I smile with so much confidence, the prices were so reasonable too I would so recommend Bruno Silvio he is a brilliant specialist, and the staff are so kind I can’t wait to see them again, they are like family to me. The equipment they use is also of the highest standard.

BRIGHTON BRANCH. I have just had extensive dental treatment done at the brighton branch of brighton implant clinic. And from the start the staff on reception sylvie and the girls were friendly and welcoming. I met Uma and discussed with her what I wanted and she devised a plan with implants top and bottom. For the amount of work done numerous extractions and then the implants the whole. Experience was pain free. Uma is a very good dentist and dental nurse Bernadette and Uma work very well together. I am very pleased with the appearance and fit of my new teeth and I have no hesitation in. Recommending the brighton implant clinic.

I had three dental implants fitted in December 2022. After my initial assessment I waited around a month before starting my treatment. I had three appointments over a period of four months. Each appointment lasted between half an hour and an hour. The treatment itself was painless and I was prescribed painkillers for when the anesthetic wore off. The treatment was completed on schedule and within budget. The amount I paid was the same as the amount I was originally quoted. Dr Magdalena Napora is a very experienced dental surgeon and explained the process at every stage and was helpful in answering any questions I had. I am only about half way through my treatment so far, but my experience at the Brighton Implant Clinic (Brighton Branch) has been excellent. The facility is very well run and kept spotlessly clean. All the staff from Reception through to the Dentists and Nursing staff are extremely professional and kind. I’ve always been a nervous patient but Dr Uma really explained in depth the process and really put my mind at rest. The various options were clearly explained to me with no pressure to accept the most expensive option. I would gladly recommend the Brighton Implant Clinic to anyone.

A dentist friend in Brighton recommended the Brighton Implant Clinic to me for some extensive implant surgery. After an initial consultation I decided to go with them and, although I'm currently only part-way through the programme of treatment (it will be some months before all has been completed) I have nothing but praise for Dr Nalathambi, her dental assistants and the reception team and I recommend them very highly.

I had three dental implants and the service, organisation was faultless. Dr. Nalathambi had clearly given the treatment plan a good deal of consideration and provided an excellent explanation on options and strategy. Post op, pain and discomfort was minimal. Highly recommended.

I was treated safely (through the pandemic) with care, kindness and professionalism to get an end result that was great value for money, cosmetically wonderful and indiscernible from the originals. Uma is a wonderful Dentist and I heartily recommend her and the Brighton Implant Clinic.

I have been to the Brighton branch a few times now and always been very impressed with the treatment and the staff. Everyone from the lovely reception staff to nurses and dentist have been great. The clinic is very clean and bright and I am very happy with the service provided.

My brother recommended BIC and can't recommend them highly enough. From my 1st consultation with Uma to the final fitting, the treatment plan was exemplary. I have feared dentists due some bad experiences for many years, but my faith has been restored. Although some of the 1st stages were very intense, I was made to feel very comfortable and reassured which helped me to relax. I have had two bridges fitted and they feel like they are my real teeth which I find incredible. I will be looking to have further work on my lower jaw, but, in the mean time, I am enjoying being able to eat normally and able to smile with confidence.

Brighton Implant Clinic, Worthing branch, is always spotless and super clean which is very reassuring due to Covid with extra safety measures in place. The receptionist team are always very helpful with email and telephone reminders. My recent hygienist appointment with Saloni Garg was excellent, very thorough with great care taken and good advice given. I recommend booking an appointment at Brighton Implant Clinic with Saloni Garg for a deep clean of your teeth. Hope this helps.

Dr Milena was great, she took on my case half way through as Covid hit and the other dentist left the Surgery. I had a tumour in my mouth which Dr Milena found, I had to have all my teeth removed. Dr Milena made me comfortable and then had my false teeth made which fit perfect and look so real. I would highly recommend Dr Milena at Brighton implant clinic (Hailsham) thank you for everything you done for me.

I had a four in one implant which due to Covid had to be postponed. The clinic was excellent and honoured my treatment plan despite the long delay. Quality of service and dentistry skills are first class and are the facilities. Better than any Harley Street clinic, Bruno is a total professional.

I recently had three implants fitted by Dr Bruno. I had been recommended by a previous patient, and when BIC quoted me a price that was half the price of other implant dentist quotes, I decided to go ahead with the treatment, even though it meant travelling down from London for appointments. It is a decision I am very glad I made. The surgery itself is very clean, modern and well-equipped, so I was confident I was receiving state-ot-the-art treatment. Dr. Bruno was gentle and patient so that the procedures were much less stressful or unpleasant than I was expecting, and I am very happy with the results. My regular dentist even commented on how good my implants/crowns looked. Dr Bruno even sent me away with a new custom-made mouth guard, (so that hopefully, I don't break any more teeth. ) Getting dental implants is a long, involved process, but if you have made the decision to replace missing teeth, I would definitely recommend Brighton Implant Clinic.

I had an implant fitted by Dr Bruno Silva at The Brighton Implant Clinic. The implant fitted perfectly with no adjustments required whatsoever. The bite is spot on and it contacts the neighboring teeth exactly. The shade and aesthetics match my other teeth very well and it is hard to spot which tooth is in fact the implant. Good quality workmanship at a very reasonable price. Always happy to make the journey from London.

Had my all on 4 bridge implants fitted by Bruno, must say very professional in the work undertaken. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome. I cannot recommend them enough. Looking forward to having the same procedure being undertaken on my lower jaw.

Amazing service. I had a bike accident that resulted in losing my two front teeth and went in to have implants fitted. Dr Magda Napora and Kesa have patiently guided me through the process and made it seem straightforward (despite its inherent complexities and many stages). The end product was fantastic. My "new" teeth now look indistinguishable from the old ones. I am very happy with the service provided at the Brighton Implant Clinic and I cannot recommend Dr. Napora highly enough.

Had 2 Sinus uplifts performed abroad18 months ago with a view to having 5 implants done after years of poor dentistry. I was unable to get the implants done due to Covid pandemic so was recommended by a friend to the Brighton Impant Clinic. Met up with Magdalena who told me the bone grafting had been successful and she could place the implants. Thereafter everything from fabulous courteous service throughout to superb dentistry work from her and all her team, and no waiting for appointments. From the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave, you are made to feel part of the whole team. I will never go anywhere else for dental work in the future. So happy with the final result and could not recommend more highly. Brilliant and thanks.
