Hello,
I hope your well.

I’m needing some decorating jobs done on my house as I’m needing to get it ready to be pictured and out on the market ASAP. There’s a cheaper house across the road i’m after I’m viewing on Monday.

Filling small cracks on the external render on the front of the house, small render repair at the bottom of the front where a bit fell off, there’s also a patch of missing render out the back where a wall was knocked down that was attached to it, touching up paint (white).

There’s a corner of one internal wall by the front door that needs repairing where a strip of plaster fell off.

There’s some yellow staining / mild damp to treat on upstairs window sills and the corners of two walls in the second lounge.

Need to even out the plastering on the back wall in the first bedroom from the removal of a chimney breast as it slopes, should be able to use filler.

Was going to get a quote from an electrician but maybe you can you do some electrical work (basic) like fitting an electric oven hob to an existing supply, fixing a broken light switch, fitting a loose plug socket to the wall which is already connected.

Need to replace the number 51 sign out the front which I’ll buy, and need to remove the numbers off the front door, sand it down, and repaint it. There’s a narrow gap below the door step inside which would be good to block off with mdf or something.

Some plastic strips need sealing to the internal walls around the back door frame.

Some raised lines / lumps in wall / ceiling texture to smooth out with filler / sanding.

Some wallpaper I think I want to remove from the first bedroom ceiling and the top half of of half of the kitchen, probably will been filling / sanding and repainting.

I have paint and filler, I can buy more materials if needed.

What could you help with out of that and when could you quote?
