Billy and his team have just finished decorating my bungalow and I'm as pleased this time as I was when they redecorated my previous home 3 years ago. Friendly and fun but always professional, everything was done on time, to a great standard. My bungalow now looks fresh and bright; I'm a very happy bunny! I would not hesitate to recommend HP Decor to anyone looking for quality, reliability and value for money.

I hadn't realised that 'HP' stood for 'Highly Professional' until the van arrived with that on the side, and I'm delighted to say that Billy and his team lived up to that billing; everyone was unfailingly helpful and courteous. From the initial quote to the final brush stroke I was delighted with the job and recommend the company highly.

Billy and his team have just completed a total redecoration of 12 classrooms, a large circulation corridor and a few other spaces at our school. They have done a really good, professional job. They have been a pleasure to work with, and I will be using him again.

Billy and his team recently painted the outside of my house. They arrived on the date and at the time promised then worked professionally to complete the work to an excellent standard. I am very happy indeed with the Billy and his team. They have painted two of my buildings in Cheltenham to a very high standard and have been a joy to work with. They have been prompt, hard working, clean and good humoured and friendly throughout. Using Billy's own words “Old School”, that is how he and his team approached the external painting of my home which is very old and was showing signs of advanced wear and tear. Billy took on the task without hesitation giving me confidence that at last I had found a Painting and Decorating Company who understood what needed to be done, offered me “The affordable way to Decorate! ” and carried out the task in a timely manner. The finished result is excellent, all external walls and woodwork painted to a level that makes the house look some 20 years younger. Billy and his team approached the task in a way that reflected the years of skill that has been accumulated by HP Décor. Billy and his team have just decorated the interior of my house from top to bottom and I am totally thrilled with the result. The team did a great job for my mum - I wanted a kind, approachable team as she lives alone. From start to finish they were responsive and helpful when booking dates, providing colour choices. Billy and his team redecorated our hall and stairs from top to bottom (3 floors), including ceilings, decorative frieze, dado rail and skirting, radiator, window and two lots of panelling. From the start Billy was helpful and constructive with advice on our paint colour choices; and when they came to do the job, the team set about it with energy, intelligence and enthusiasm. The result is satisfactory in every way. They even cleaned up to a very high standard. And all very good value indeed.

We heard about HP Decor from our son and daughter-in-law who had a major job done by them inside and outside their house. Billy and his team decorated every room in our house following an electrical re-wire. We are absolutely delighted with the result, they have transformed it! Just had my lounge decorated by Billy and his team. Absolutely delighted with the result. In the past I’ve done my own decorating but getting a bit long in the tooth for that now. They arrived on time treated my home with respect and were very friendly. Everything was covered up and there was no mess at all. Billy and his team did a brilliant job painting my main bedroom, back bedroom, living room along with hallway and landing area. I have used Billy before when they repainted my kitchen and dining room. His work is of a very high standard, and I will continue to use his services next year to complete the remaining two bedrooms and study.
