I’m writing to report a few issues with two toilets in the property.
Issues affecting both toilets:
The flushing mechanisms appear to be faulty. After flushing, the water sometimes continues to run into the toilet bowl and does not shut off properly. The flushing systems will likely need to be repaired or replaced.
Additional issue with one of the toilets:
There is water buildup around the base of the toilet where it sits on the floor.
The fixing screws are rusty and no longer securing the toilet properly, causing it to move.
I can also see a small water leak around the waste outlet/evacuation point.
