M1 MacbookPro 2021 14 inch a2442. Water spill on keyboard 10 days ago. Initially wouldnt power on. Now powers on with chime and screen works. However 4 of the keys dont respond and just beep when pressed so cannot type in password. Cannot start in Recovery mode.
