I am looking for the most budget-friendly solution to secure a garage at my rental property
Main Garage Door: The up-and-over garage door is severely damaged and buckled as it was kicked in during a fire.

The garage is only used for basic storage, never for parking cars.

I need the cheapest option to make it secure, whether that is a basic repair, a budget replacement, or permanently sealing/boarding it up securely.

Side Door: The separate side pedestrian door needs its locking mechanism repaired or replaced so it locks properly.
