Initial survey by George and then Engineers attended 5 days later and fitted the garage door in less than half a day. Brad and Matt were real grafters no drinks breaks just got on with the job. Totally professional. Great job. Cannot recommend ABI highly enough.

Fantastic company, had difficulty identifying which spring I required but they were extremely helpful and suggested a replacement within 24hrs. Could not fault their efficient and friendly service.

We have just had our electric up and over garage door repaired after a break in and cant speak highly enough of this company from taking the call to taking payment every one is so polite and professional. I must pay special dues to the engineer who actually mended our door, he could not have done more and is a fantastic representative of the company. Can not recommend highly enough A+A+A+A+A+.

March 2017 ABi installed a Hormann garage door. We had helpful discussions re the options available and the chosen option was well executed with meticulous attention to detail. We had a new garage door fitted in December 2017. My garage dates back to the 1930s and I had a bespoke side-hinged door fitted, complete with period windows in keeping with the rest of my property. The door looked great and they did a good, tidy job. However, after a week or so, the lock system malfunctioned and the door would not unlock/open at all. The Abi people came out as soon as they could and fitted an alternative design lock which has worked perfectly ever since.

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service I recieved today by ABI Garage Doors - Chris came out to fix my garage door which was badly dented. He did a truly amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the service and friendliness of both him and Clare who I spoke to on the phone. Extremely happy with our Horman roller door. We went for the rosewood to match existing windows and its perfect. From the survey to after service I would say this company is very knowledgeable and professional. They definitely went the extra mile to get the finished job looking perfect, this meant coming back twice to make sure we were happy with everything I highly recommend them.

We're very happy with the whole process of ordering our garage door from ABi. We visited their showroom on a Saturday and James was very patient with us as we asked him loads of questions and wanted to know about all the various options. We booked in an appointment for later that week, and Steve (one of the owners) came out to look at our garage and finalize options with us. A week or so after we placed the order we changed our minds about the color and weren't sure about the windows we'd chosen either, so Steve came back out to look at it with us again and show us more samples. Clare in the office was also patient with me as I was traveling abroad and had to delay my deposit payment, and she ordered the door for us anyway to avoid delays. Yesterday they came out to install, and the guys (didn't catch their names) were quick and neat, and the install is very professional. The quality of the door is better than we expected (much quieter than I thought it would be), and so all in all we're just really happy. This probably sounds like a fake review but what can I say? Great service. Had my old garage door removed and a new one fitted. The workmen arrived on time, very polite and professional. They worked continuously to get the job done. Their work was of a high standard and I really like the end result.

I did not want to rush into a review of my electronic garage door until I had used it for a while, as you cannot fully gauge the product or after sales service until the months have ticked by and you have used the door sufficiently. Well my electronic garage door has been installed for over 6 months and used every day, sometimes operating in excess of 10 times a day! I bought a Hormann 5500 x 2250 LPU40 Insulated 42mm sectional door M Ribbed design. The door is very rigid and does not flex across the span of the door, which is impressive when you consider how wide the garage door opening is, well above a standard double garage door width. I went for a Fern Green colour to match the composite door at the side of my garage. The textured wood grain finish is attractive and well finished, providing a classy look to the door which is often commented on positively. The electronic mechanism is very quiet and so far reliable. I did have some trouble at first with the rollers wheels jumping on the guide frame but full credit to ABI they came out to sort the problem out and it has worked fine ever since. The sales and after sales service has been top class. No pressure sales at any point and ABI were happy to show me the product working and guide me through functionality and specification of their product. I did take my time to look at other suppliers and products but looking back I’m glad to say that I chose ABI Doors. The price was competitive. The product is very good. The fitting was quick and the fitters a cheerful set. And the sales and after sales are as good as you are going to get anywhere. Thanks ABI ?.Moreexpand_more

All went smoothly. From placing the order to the installation taking place on the agreed date. The installation has been done to a very high standard and the quality of product, being German, is of course excellent. It is early days (only one week since the install) but as of now - a thoroughly good job!

Professional, speedy workmanship.

This has been one of the very best services we have experienced. We have a motorised garage door (about 20 years old) and we needed a replacement hand transmitter. After many efforts to get this, including contacting the original firm whose door it is, we hit a blank - either a very expensive replacement motor (hundreds of pounds) or unable to supply a compatible transmitter UNTIL we contacted ABi Garage Doors. It is a family firm and Daniel was SO very helpful and supplied us with a hand transmitter which was so easily made compatible at a cost of only £31. We are now purchasing a second transmitter. What a great company offering excellent service and it is so customer friendly and helpful. Most highly recommended.

The experience from the very beginning was very good starting at the buslingthorpe lane showroom. The two men who turned up to install our new double electric Horman garage door were very friendly and efficient. The work site was left clean and tidy. Unfortunately the job could not be completed on the same day as some damage on the door surround trim was discovered whilst installing. However the job was was completed to our satisfaction a couple of days later. Overall a job very well done. Thankyou.

Didn't think I could feel so excited about a garage door but we just love ours. Not the cheapest option for a door on a garage but it is impressive; a double size door (made to measure) with remote opening and closing. Great in the rain too! The service from all ABi staff was really good. They took time to understand our needs, explain everything and were very good at responding to any queries. Everybody was very professional, friendly and approachable. I definitely recommend them.
