Hello - I'm planning on selling my 1st floor flat in Washington Tyne and Wear asap, I need an EPC before I can do that. The flat was built 1978 approx, gas central heating, new combi boiler 2006, little insulation except the loft space. Double glazed windows throughout. So I'm looking for a quote rather than do it through the estate agent.
