We are a family run business, our core business the undertaking of Domestic Energy Assessments, providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), with supporting services e. G. Floor Plans, Property Photos, Retrieval of Lost EPC's, Accompanied Viewings (including acting as key holders) and are happy to provide energy saving advice (we are trained as Green Deal Assessors). Fully Accredited and Insured, We are proud of our high level of customer satisfaction, in regards to, our professionalism, honesty, timeliness and integrity.

We have a special offer for Landlords in light of the legal changes to MEES (Minimum Energy Efficientcy Standards) any property that is to be let is required to reach an E grade, if you think your property/s may not reach the requirement, then we will assess your property for free and make suggestions of the best and cost effect measures that will bring the property to the correct level and then reassess to issue the EPC at our standard charge, the EPC will the be valid for 10 Years.

We offer PAT testing to ensure that not only is the electrical appliance are safe for your tenants to use, it also protects you against litigation.
