Hiya- I am looking to update my rental property both en-suite which the shower is currently having leaks with due to a break in seal and also the main bathroom both upstairs. I would like a new toilet, sink and shower unit in the en-suite possibly along with new tiles. And then also new toilet, sink and bath with shower and possibly new tiles for the main bathroom. I am looking to get a quote on how much this will cost both altogether and for each bathroom separately, how the process will work and how soon it can be started / how long it will roughly take. I ideally wouldn’t like anything “too expensive” and would like to just modernise the bathrooms to a simple yet smart standard.
