FreeIndex V5 goes Live
We’ve made some big changes to FreeIndex this week, with brand new features and even better usability in mind. So what’s new?...My FreeIndex
You don’t have to register your business to get an account at FreeIndex any more – a host of new features are available to everyone, not just businesses. With the new range of site tools you can personalise the site and take control of how you use it.
- Address Book
The address book allows you to store the details of your favourite companies on the site and return to them quickly whenever you need to. - Send to your Mobile
You can now send any company’s details directly to your mobile device. Free of charge (obviously!). - Set your Default Location
If you set your default location, the whole site starts to revolve around where you are, allowing you to sort companies and jobs in every category by the ones that are nearest to you. - Reviews I’ve Written / Jobs I’ve Applied for
From now on you’ll be able to view your reviewing history and keep track of any jobs that you’ve applied for at FreeIndex.co.uk.

For Business users the Free Advertising Section is now even better…
The new improved Free Advertising control panel now features more details about your business listing. You can now access data such as the number of page views your page has had, your listing position, and the status of any updates that you’ve submitted for review.
