Browse and Search FreeIndex in Pictures!
In the last 8 months over 52,000 photos of previous work, products and other photos have been uploaded to the directory by companies featured on the site. Users can now browse and search the entire directory by just looking at these images using a new control called ‘ViewType’.
The ’photo’ view type is completely unique to FreeIndex and we think it helps users to find the business they need by looking at the work they have done, or the products they sell before going on to read about the company. As an added bonus we have also added a sort facility which allows users to change the order in which businesses are displayed - reviews and ratings are still the default.
All companies on FreeIndex should make sure they have uploaded the best possible images to their Photo-Book, as this could now be the first thing that future clients see.
Just a reminder of the Photo-Book rules...
DO NOT UPLOAD...
- Your logo or other associated graphics
- Stock photos or ClipArt
- Any image taken from other websites that is not owned by you
- Offensive or inappropriate pictures
DO UPLOAD...
- Photos of previous work your company has completed
- Photos of your business premises
- Photos which help people to understand what you do
