Becky and the tilers (gary and ben) were fantastic! Really professional throughout the installation of our bathroom. Excellent attention to detail and explained everything along the way. Will definitely use BB plumbing again!

BB Plumbing did a great job totally remodelling our main bathroom for us - bath, basin, WC and shower/pump, plus floor and wall tiling throughout. A clean, professional and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Absolutely would recommend BB Plumbing to anyone. Becky herself is very customer-oriented, flexible and easy to work with (and enjoys a biscuit or two! ).

We were so fortunate to ‘discover’Becky to revamp our downstairs bathroom. She completed the work in such a professional and meticulous manner with attention to detail. We could leave all the decisions to her knowing confidently that we were in safe hands. Becky has such a pleasant personality and I endorse all the other five star reviews.

A superb job done changing our shower to a bath with overhead shower and fitting new bathroom cabinets. Becky has a brilliant eye for detail and is meticulous in finishing things off beautifully. She only takes on one job at a time, working on it full-time from beginning to end, taking the time to get everything right and how the customer wants it. She was a pleasure to have in our home, as was the electrician she worked with and they kept the dust and mess to an absolute minimum, which we were incredibly grateful for. I would highly recommend Becky but you will need to book early as she is in great demand!

Becky BB Plumbing. True professional! Bathroom remodel including new shower installation, new wash basin with enclosed cupboard, new toilet, shower screen and click flooring. All completed to very high standard, extremely clean and tidy worker. Thrilled with my bathroom.

Becky Bates is an extremely accomplished plumber, with not only a whole load of experience, but very importantly, an eye for detail and an immense desire for perfection. Our request was for a complete gutting and refurb of a bathroom. The result was excellent. Our only tiny disappointment was that Becky doesn't get involved with decoration, meaning we have to paint the walls/ceiling ourselves - in fairness not difficult and very little work, but it would have been nice to have the 'complete' job done.

Becky stripped out and fitted our main bathroom. We were fearful of the upheaval and mess but it soon became clear that Becky is an absolute professional, incredibly meticulous and tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. In fact, she very much became part of the family. Our 6month old baby certainly took a shine to his new best mate. There was a lot to do but everything was done to a very high standard and with hardly any upheaval. I’ve never known a work person so tidy. Any snags along the way becky soon came up with ideas to rectify. We have complete trust in Becky and have in fact found her some more work so she’ll be back doing our en suite, downstairs loo, floors and utility room in the coming months. Becky did a fantastic job of installing our new bathroom! As you can see in the photo below, our bathroom needed updating and you can see the difference. Becky has a wonderful work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. She brings her own team with her for plastering and electrics as well as using a designated bathroom supplier. This made the process so much easier and hassle free for us! Well done Becky !

Not only is she polite, professional and very approachable, her work is of extremely high quality and her meticulous attention to detail has provided a bathroom better than I could have imagined. Brilliant service from Becky start to finish- from prompt replies to the initial enquiry, to getting a quote and booking a day for the job. She installed our new shower and we are really pleased with the work. Becky was friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again or to recommend to any friends.

Becky undertook the complete refurbishment of our bathroom, which had last received attention 20 years ago. She replaced all the fittings, tiling and flooring, and redecorated. Her care, attention to detail and technical expertise were exceptional, as was her problem solving. She was also meticulous in making sure that everything was tidied away and cleaned up at the end of each day. More than this though, she has an aesthetic sense combined with a very thorough knowledge of the range of products available. This enabled her to provide the advice and help we needed to reach decisions about what the end result should look like, and to select fittings that look very good and work well. She is a thoroughly likable, considerate and accommodating person, which made the whole project an enjoyable experience. We are delighted with the end result.

We were very impressed by the quality of the work Becky did when renovating our bathroom. The installation of a new suite and towel rail, plus a large amount of tiling, were done very professionally - it looks great! Two other aspects are worth a mention: first, Becky offers what amounts to a design service, backed up by a good knowledge of what fittings etc are available; and secondly, she's very good to have around the house whilst doing the work - always cheerful and positive.

Becky has recently completely revamped our bathroom to a very high standard. She arrived promptly to initially assess the work required and provide a quote. Even at this point, she impressed us with her obvious knowledge and professionalism. The work proved to be more than she, or we, expected as she came across, and made good, previous poor plumbing work and the hidden problems of an old house. The bathroom was completely gutted and floor and walls replaced. Both were later beautifully tiled. She arrived every day when she said she would and worked hard and long hours with a cheerful attitude. We were kept up to date with any issues and she gave good advice as and when needed. She was a pleasure to have around. We cannot recommend her enough for her excellent plumbing and tiling skills and willingness to tackle other renovation jobs that needed to be done. We wish her well as she continues to establish her business but are concerned that, as her good reputation becomes known, she will have her order book so full that it will be difficult to hire her in future – as we hope to do!Moreexpand_more
