Paul was recommended to me by my builder, to prepare a party wall agreement, for work to knock down a chimney breast. I thought the service provided was outstanding. Paul was prompt in responding to all queries and he is very knowledgeable about all things party wall related. He conducted an inspection at my neighbour's property and produced a detailed report and prepared the party wall agreement for my neighbour to sign.
