WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services

I have Presonus 3. 5 Speakers. There was an issue with the capacitors. Presonus wouldn't even offer a repair service unless they were under warranty. I didn't want to spend on buying speakers again. Didn't think it was justified considering I don't use my current speakers constantly. I searched online (nearby) for repair companies. And came across WG IT. Contacted and the person was great at communication and lovely to chat to. Thank you buddy. Appreciate your help.

I rarely write reviews, but second time I've used this company. Top level knowledge, customer service and repairs carried out. PS5, PS5 pad and Macbook repair all done to amazing quality. And im sure he's one of the cheapest out there! Will always use in the future.

My kincarp fish finder packed up and wasn't able to get any help off the manufacturer, after a little Search I found WG IT Computer and Console Repair Services, I thought its got be worth a try I was shore something could be done to fix it. I'm glad I did as even though it's not something that they usually work on warren was willing to take a look, anyway this guy is a genius he managed to diagnose the problem, the ticket system was great with constant updates pictures and explaining in a way I can understand what the problems were, warren come up with a solution to fix my fish finder, I gave him the go ahead and before I new it it was all fixed, I'm well over the moon, He saved me a load of money if I had to buy a new fish finder. Great customer service and warren is a pleasure to meet and do business with. I will definitely be recommending him to my fishing buddy's if they ever have a problem.

Due to an update error, my laptop was turning on but no display, black screen. The team from WG IT Computer explained everything from the first point, with easy ways of communication afterwards. This is the second time I have used Warren to repair my games console and on both occasions he has been very professional kept me up to date on how the repairs were going. The repairs were off the highest quality and at a reasonable price.

I happened upon WG IT on google after spending a huge amount of time trying to diagnose an issue I was having with my laptop. I thought I needed a bios reflash but after warren explained to me what that involved I decided against it and thought the best thing to do is start again and reformat. From start to finish warrens service was so far above what I had expected that I trusted him enough to do a full service of the machine and have it re-thermal pasted and cleaned etc. He also did a proper wipe of the harddrive using diskkill software. Since recieving the laptop back it runs like run again and much cooler than before and although unrelated to the work warren did I managed to fix my issue too! Thanks so much warren, another customer for life!

I had a broken PS4 pro 2nd gen white console and the socket for the power was torn out. Warren did the unthinkable and brought it back to life. Thanks for the help!

My PS4 Pro had a sever overheating problem which rendered it unusable and they cleared out the console and reapplied the thermal paste. They were very professional and sorted out the problem very quickly and for the first time in over 2 years my PS4 is completely silent. They also sent me pictures of the state of the console before and after the work was done. The prices are competitive as all my other local places wanted at least double what they charged. They also offer express services which is very useful if you live far or are unable to come back on another day. I would also like to add that they advised me on what to do with some problems I was having with my laptop so that was very helpful as well.

Warren is a highly competent engineer. He diagnosed my machine fairly quickly and displayed a high level of knowledge on the architecture of the PS4 which inspires confidence.
