Fantastic service, from start to finish. Quick replies to my query emails. Text updates on the day to keep me updated on when the driver would arrive. The driver (Mark) was lovely! Helped me get in and out of the car with my dress, giving my tips on how best to get in to make it easier for myself. Very chatty and friendly. Highly recommend!

We used LEC for the first time to go to Heathrow to one terminal and return from another. The obvious anxiety is will they turn up and do they know how to negotiate around traffic issues. Well they did turn up having made contact to advise who the driver was and the driver also made contact. The trip was faultless.

Mark arrived very promptly to take myself and my groomsman to my wedding. He provided a fantastic all round experience and I would very much recommend him. Booking with Mark was straight forward and easy and to top it off, he takes a good photo as well.

We used LEC for the first time for our airport transfers and we are so happy to have found them. The communication before, during and after is exemplary with regular updates provided including advance notice of the driver’s name. Our drivers were Imran and Mark and we can’t fault either, who were both very polite, professional and very helpful with loading and unloading. The vehicles were extremely comfortable and well driven. We wouldn’t hesitate to use LEC again and can highly recommend Mark and his team.

We have always travelled to our son’s home in Leigh on Sea, Essex by train from Leicester, two trains and taxis in between from one station to another across London ! Now we’re getting older and less mobile and with the unreliability of trains we opted for a chauffeur service both ways. We couldn’t have chosen better! The cars were clean and comfortable and we were looked after by both drivers Mark and Zak and if we wanted to stop we just had to ask. If you want an excellent door to door service this is it!

What a fabulous service! This is the fourth time I have used Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd to bring my parents and sister down from Leicester to Southsea, for a holiday in the Isle of Wight. The drivers have all been excellent, showing an amazing empathy with the needs of my parents, and especially my mum who has dementia. The organisation of the company is excellent, and the divers have always been on time, professional. Reliable and have driven with care and consideraion for thier passengers. I cannot reccomend this comany enough. Thank you.
