I needed my MacBook Pro battery to be replaced. I have placed the order, but there was no communication about what to do next, maybe I need some instructions or a shipping label? I contacted them after a few working days and they thought that they had already communicated all that to me. (Obviously not). I have gotten the instructions (finally) and have sent my laptop, and they have received it. It was said that I would be contacted when the repair would be done. Guess what? I was not contacted at all. Instead after a week, I received someone's iPad, which was rather confusing. On the same day, I received my laptop. They have fixed the battery but my laptop could not close fully There was a small crack where the Mac logo is so the repair engineer covered it with a small piece of plastic to avoid moisture or dust getting into the system. This is lovely, but I did not need that, and now I need to remove some pieces of plastic. As a result, now I need to send the iPad bask and waste my time, removing the plastic which is glued, and I did not ask for. To give an analogy it is like getting your car brakes fixed. But nobody talks to you. You just need to open your chakras to feel what to do next. , when the brakes will be done? When your brakes are fixed they will give you your car but without the front door closing properly, because there was a crack. Ah, yes, there will be a pushbike in the back seat. I brought my computer to Atlantis because it was having overheating and fan issues, and they had it fixed in no time. The service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options. They walked me through each step of the process as they were doing the repair. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else, and I highly recommend Atlantis to anyone looking for quality, trustworthy service :).
Following an informative phone call to Atlantis with the engineer, I visited Atlantis HC today with a hardware issue on my laptop. Atlantis gave a great personal service and was able to look at my issue while I waited. As and when needed, I will be using this company again when I have any future computer faults. It was worth the drive from London.
The hinge on my HP Envy laptop was breaking and the case was coming apart. I checked at a local computer repair shop and they wanted £400! I did a check online and found these guys - I was a bit nervous in truth but £80 was a lot better than £400. Atlantis kept in touch with me all the way and I had the laptop back with me in under a week - totally perfect again. I would not hesitate to use them again and no - they didn't pay me to write this! Great company and great service. I should add - I live the other side of the UK from them but the cost included tracked postage both ways which I was very pleased about.
I sent 2 laptops for repair - neither was repaired - no explanation - just - can't be repaired. I don't have an issue with this - if they can't repair it - that's fair enough. They charge £150 up-front. They state if they can't repair it they charge £15. They have ignored me since I requestdd my refund. I use laptop repair services all the time - I won't be using this lot again.
MacBook battery replaced. £50 cheaper than Apple and only marginally dearer than buying a kit to risk it myself. Excellent customer service communication by email - prompt and friendly from both Chloe and Denny.
Atlantis are the best! I never get round to writing a review and it’s well overdue. They book you in at short notice, always manage to resolve the issue and they don’t rip you off! My iPhone screen broke recently, they replaced it and it was glitching slightly so they replaced with brand new one at no cost. Cannot fault them. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
To confirm the Team at Atlantis, supported me to retrieve essential information, that had been stored on my lap top. I had spent three unsuccessful days trying myself. The team, expedited such with a click of button. They also coached me, how to not this put myself in this situation in the future. 5 Star service and highly recommended.
Atlantis staff were so welcoming and helpful. My laptop was misbehaving on start up and I visited to request a data rescue. The staff member resolved the situation immediately to correct the misbehaviour and offered detailed explanation and advice. She refused payment for the technical advice and action that took her 5 minutes to resolve whereas I had been struggling for several hours. I shall most definitely be using Atlantis again for help, support and repairs to our laptops and pads. Thank you.
Had a few problems sorting out my new iphone however on the two different occasions I visited the shop the assistants were so helpful and resolved the problem in just a few minutes - brilliant. Would definitely recommend them for advice and/or repair of electronic devices and commend their helpfulness and advice.
I can highly recommend Atlantis HC. I would give them 6 stars for value if I could. They have carried out numerous repairs for us on iPhones, android phones, laptops, MACs and games consoles, all very reasonably, successfully where possible and in good time. Always honest about a repair. Sorted the three red rings of death, need I say more.
Great service. I've been using Atlantis for a few years following good recommendations from my friends for iPhone repairs, and today I took my ageing MacBook Pro in following the onset of a hardware fault. This was repaired in front of me in about 10 minutes and the engineer wouldn't accept any payment! You don't find service like this everyday. Thank you.
F. E. F. ( FAST/ EFFICIENT and FRIENDLY ). I woke this morning (Monday) to find my iPhone had not charged overnight. I discovered that I could not insert charger lead fully. As once before ATLANTIS had cleared my wife's iPhone with a similar problem. I drove over to ATLANTIS who quickly cleared the problem, some tissue had gone into charging socket. Although there was no charge I bought a nice little case for the mobile and was very pleased to have immediate service with a smile. Thanks ATLANTIS. Would recommend you to anyone with a mobile phone problem.
