I came across Visa Genie after despairing with the Indian Government e-visa application form. The form was difficult and unwieldy, my electronic photo and passport copy never seemed to be the right size/format and, when I got through all that, it wouldn’t take any of my payment cards. Looking on Google at the various visa help websites I was worried about being charged a massive fee or being used for identity fraud. Only one website gave the cost upfront and a phone number and that was Visa Genie. All the others wanted to lure you in before giving you any information. I rang the number and spoke to a lovely woman who explained how it all worked and reassured me about everything. I filled in the form, emailed my stuff and bingo! My e-visa arrived in a couple of days. I use it every time now. I recommend it to anyone visiting India. It’s a fair fee and makes the whole business simple and straightforward. After having problems with an online application for an Indian e-Visa, I read good reviews on Trip Advisor for Visa Genie. I could have saved myself a lot of stress if I had used them in the first place. Excellent service and really helpful staff who keep you informed. Would definitely recommend and use again. First class service do not have a computer at home used our smart phone to send all documents required and visa genie done the rest and guarantee to get your visa first time very helpful on the phone as well, you can send off early and they make sure it arrives on time up to date with new laws that come in force and an answer any quires you have by phone or email can defiantly recommend for ouce of mind for a small price thank you visa genie.

Based on personal reviews of others I utilized VisaGenie to obtain eVisas for travel to India for me and my wife. I carried out the whole process on line together with a couple of phone calls to check a couple of details regarding visas before applying. VisaGenie supply an online questionnaire to fill in personal details and from which they make the application. This was very straightforward. In addition it was necessary to supply emailed copies of the photo pages of passports and clear photos. We obtained 2 x 2 photos from a photobooth but this is not necessary as any full definition photo can be supplied and VisaGenie will process it as required. Acknowledgements were promptly sent when items were received by VisaGenie and that all was OK. A 24 hour service is available for a small extra charge and the standard 3 day turn around is included in the basic price. Our Visas were emailed to us within 48 hours. An excellent service and well worth doing as Indian Visa applications have to be totally correct to avoid delay. We used VisaGenie to apply for Indian tourist visas. Service received was better than expectation - visas were back with us exactly one week after we put our papers in the post. An extra feature that we much appreciated was being able to send VisaGenie electronic photos rather than having to incur the costs of production of the special Indian visa photos. We would usually do a visa application ourselves but, living nowhere near a VFS centre, this was just not feasible. We shopped around and chose VisaGenie on the basis of cost and reviews.

Very sceptical about using this site as there are a lot of scams to try and get money out of you but after some research I decided to go ahead with them. I should not have worried as the service that they give is second to none, from sending our passports on a Tuesday they were returned on Saturday with our visa. I can recommend them to anyone who needs to use this service, happy to use Visa Genie again if I require anymore visas.

After looking at the Official Indian Embassy site it all seemed too complicated. Great decision to use Visa Genia they just made it all so easy and service was fantastic. Responded to emails quickly and picked up the phone straight away.
