Our bouncy castle was over an hour late and in that time, we couldn’t get hold of anyone via text, call or email. Not what you need when you’re organising a party! It was great when it arrived, but obviously far less value for money as we still paid the same price. Wouldn’t use again as just too unreliable.

My first time hiring a bouncy castle for a party in our garden and really glad I picked this company. Started by having an initial chat with a nice guy patiently answering all of my questions…Followed by 2 lovely guys coming in to install the bouncy castle…. Very friendly, smooth process, no issues, great communication throughout. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you :-).

LET DOWN ! Booking process was easy, received confirmation, good price and selection of bouncy castles, ordered the Spiderman one for our son's 5th birthday party. Booking confirmation stated delivery by 1:30pm our son's party was 3 - 5 pm. No sign of delivery by 1pm so I called just to confirm the booking, after numerous attempts a lady answered and said the bouncy castle should be with us around 1:30pm. It gets to 2pm and still no delivery, now starting to panic as party starting in less than an hour I am constantly calling number, frustraitingly again no one answering, eventually lady answers and apologizes she was on lunch, says delivery driver stuck in traffic and will probably be another hour and a half. So now have one very disappointed 4 year old with 15 of his friends about to turn up for the bouncy castle party minus the bouncy castle - stressful ! Bouncy castle did eventually turn up at around 4:30 with only half an hour of the party left and kids having been fed, not ideal to start jumping around after food. As compensation we was offered a 50% refund and for the bouncy castle to be left overnight so our son could enjoy a bit longer, but it's not really the same fun without your friends. I booked Mega Inflatables as understand our school uses them for the summer fair and seem a very professional and reliable outfit, but from talking to the delivery drivers it seems our order just got forgot as so busy, all very disappointing and certainly now reluctant to recommend or book with Mega Inflatables again !

Ordered a bouncy castle and bubble machine. Was due to arrive by 11am and turned up at 12:40 (and that was after 2 calls and text messsages to find out where they were) apparently their van had broken down that day. They were still putting up the bouncy castle when our guests arrived at 1pm and left around 1:15, they came with no hammer so we had to find one for them to use . Also they turned up with no bubble machine stating it had broken the day before. Then got some poor attitude messages from the owner/manager telling me to read T&C’s that state they can turn up 30 mins before the party starts (even though they didn’t) and that I’d been given a discount for no bubble machine which in fact was just the refund for them not providing it. Total joke! Go somewhere professional and to a company that knows how to run a business properly!

We have hired all our bouncy castles from Mega Inflatables for a number of years now and have always found them great! Nice family run business who we use every year, even though our daughters are slightly older.

Very helpful staff and a super product - the bouncy castle was a big hit at my party! Thoroughly recommend them.

I booked a bounce and slide castle with them for my daughters party. On their website is written that if it's in a hall, you need to contact them after booking to confirm Hall size. I did it but never got an answer, left messages and then emails, still nothing. Eventually I got through to a member of staff who was helpful by saying he'd look into it and confirm later that day. I waited a week and nothing, try to cancel, never got a reply on the cancellation. Useless, bad communication and terrible customer service. Will never use again.
