Incredible service; fast, competent, excellent communication and customer service, and a very reasonable price. Mick managed to salvage all my data from a broken hard drive and upgrade the computer to run better than new. I'm so pleased with his service and highly recommend this service.

Reached out to Mick a while back for a battery replacement for my very old MacBook air. I had a busy schedule at the time and he managed to make time for me during my only free couple of hours that week. The battery was replaced at a fair price, he removed 7 years of dust and dog hair from the interior and it's still going strong! I'll certainly be going back for any future repair needs I have.

I had to get my gaming PC cleaned due to dust and had my liquid cooling system flushed out, cleaned and refilled due to overheating issues. Mick did it all very quickly with no issues. The hard drive on my HP Pavillion Notebook crashed for a second time in Sep 2020, whilst I was in South Africa. I took it to an IT Repair place (who I'd used before), and they told me that my hard drive would need to be replaced. At the time, I couldn't afford to get it replaced. So, I brought my laptop back with me to UK, with the intention of either replacing the hard drive, or buying a new laptop altogether. A new laptop was slightly beyond my budget, so I opted to get the hard drive replaced. Found this company after performing a search on Google. I read through all of the 5 Star reviews and decided to contact this company. Booking an appointment via email was quick and easy. When I met up with Mick Simoes (the Manager), he was extremely friendly and helpful. He emailed me back that afternoon, saying that my laptop was still in good condition, and was worth repairing - adding that he would upgrade it to a new SSD, which would increase the performance and lifespan of my machine. I agreed to the quotation, and after 5 days, it was ready for collection. Did an EFT payment, and upon collection, he showed me what he had done. I was amazed to discover that ALL of my files were intact! He had cloned the hard drive, so I didn't lose a thing!It was not just the financial savings that I made from this service, it was the sentimental savings that I made by not losing my Photos, Files, Music, Movies etc…. I would recommend this company to Anyone who is experiencing similar problems to mine. Mick was professional, friendly, honest, trustworthy, and informative throughout the whole thing. Mick retrieved photos from my external hard drive which had been accidentally reformatted. It wasn’t an easy task but he persevered and got back the photos I thought had gone for ever. So pleased. Great service, highly recommend.
