My Windows10 computer sat in a drawer for 8months before I attempted to transfer data from my Vista machine and basically made a mess of it. I contacted Ed of Ridea to see if he could sort things out. He arrived promptly, untangled the mess, and had my new computer up and running in just over an hour. He worked efficiency and with a pleasant courteous manner, answering questions that cropped up. He also linked my computer with his, so he can fix any future problems remotely. All this for a very reasonable fee. He wasn't wearing shiny armour, but it felt like a knight had come to my rescue! Thanks, Ed.
As a self-taught computer user I needed the contents of an old machine transferred to a new iMac, saw an ad for Ridea Technology in the Sussex Local and contacted Ed Squires. He was on to the job quickly and efficiently and at reasonable cost. I found him to be very amenable and, most important to me, easy to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
I contacted Ed after seeing his advert in Felpham Focus. Ed listened to the problems I was experiencing with my laptop - taking ages to fire up, jamming and generally driving me nuts. He took my machine away over the weekend and delivered it back to me on Sunday as I needed it the following week. We discussed the price of the repair, which was very reasonable, before he carried out any work. I am very impressed with the service I got and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and prompt. Thank you, Ed.
I have used Ridea Technology twice now-once to correct a non start-up situation which other engineers said could not be fixed and then as a general check of my computer to improve start-up time etc. Each time he has shown a great depth of knowledge in solving my problems and in advising me of future requirements. I would certainly recommend him to other computer users.
My lap top would not fire up and seemed to be in some kind of loop ( not technical! )Ed sorted the problem out within one day and did a health check on the lap top at the same time. I find him knowledgeable and able to explain computer terms to someone like me who has a fairly basic understanding. I know I can trust Ed, have used him on several occasions and always found him excellent value.
Experienced PC problems on internet platform was unstable and errors re downloads on Adobe down loads, " unknown errors etc. Contacted Ed Squires re on site visit, carried out various checks. Phoned and advised best solution to take PC away, and completely reload. PC collected, returned all working OK at faster speed and kept within quoted cost re no fix, no fee. Impressed and would recommend.
My computer had become slow and tedious to use. Ed ensured that I had any necessary passwords,discs etc, took the PC away for only a couple of days, stripped it back to it's factory settings, added some more mememory and delivered it back to me. He took a lot of time and trouble to reload everything back just the way I wanted it - going above and beyond and it is running just like a new one now. I would gladly recommend Ed Squires to anyone.
