Zugrow is a UK-based property management system for short-term rental hosts and operators. It brings guest messages, bookings, calendars, channel management and daily operations into one place.

What makes Zugrow different is its focus on autonomous hosting. Rather than adding a few basic AI features to a traditional PMS, the platform is built around agentic AI. Its agents can answer guest questions, screen booking requests, manage nightly pricing and flag problems that need human attention. Hosts choose how much control each agent receives, from preparing suggestions for approval to acting automatically within clear rules.

Zugrow connects short-term rental listings across Airbnb, Booking. Com, Vrbo and other booking channels, keeping reservations, prices and availability in sync.

The platform includes a unified guest inbox, central calendar, team access, performance reporting, guest verification and deposit collection. The AI Agent Hub helps reduce repetitive work by handling tasks such as guest messaging, booking checks and pricing decisions.

Each agent can be turned off, placed in suggestion mode or allowed to work automatically. Hosts remain in control by setting limits, approval rules and minimum prices, so automation never means giving up oversight of the business.
