Your Home Inspections offers inventory services - property inventory reports, check-in and check-out reports and mid term inspections. The inventory report provides an accurate description and condition of the property at the start of the tenancy. The mid term inspections provide you with an insight on the condition of the property, you are then in a position to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Damp and Mould.
With the introduction of Awaab's Law (October 2025) Landlords are now required to treat damp and mould as a serious issue. Your Home inspections offer an inspection service providing a clear and concise report to assist with resolving the issues affecting the residents and the property. Air quality testing can be completed as an add-on service to the inspection.

We also provide an antiviral fogging treatment on completion of the remedial work.

Fire Door Inspections.
Following the (Grenfell Tower) fire it is now mandatory to carry out regular inspections to fire doors, with quarterly and annual inspections to buildings over 11m. Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 - (in force January 2023).

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 non domestic and common areas of multi-residential buildings require regular fire door inspections.

Maintaining regular inspections ensures that you are meeting with the legal requirements and ensuring that the fire doors will function correctly in the event of a fire. The ultimate aim is to save lives and minimise the damage to property.
