Your Geek Friend Computer Repairs

Terrible service. I initially thought I'd found someone who could help me solve my computer woes, but I was mistaken. I was charged for work that wasn't completed and when I tried to follow up, I was completely ignored. Avoid at all costs!

Yet again many thanks Shaun for fixing my computer on the big Windows 10 upgrade that froze when it started to boot up, and for saving all my mails ect, supper service and costs to match, again big thanks Buddy.

I have always used this service and heoffer great service at gd prices recomend to any one always happy to sort out any problem you have to do with lap top etc thank u.

What an excellent service. I can highly recommend Shaun. My work macs hard drive failed and basically I had a computer I couldn't even turn on. As it had my entire workload on since 2011, I was panicked to think I had lost everything. Shaun scheduled my laptop in to be looked at within 24 hours and recovered all my data. My mac is up and running and now working better than ever and to be honest it looks cleaner than ever too! This repair went ahead during the covid pandemic and the steps toward social distancing were exemplary and very much appreciated. 9 year old Apple MacBook Pro developed starting and operational problems. Shaun ran tests and diagnosed the problems. Repair was completed in just over a week and at a very reasonable cost. Everything now working perfectly. I highly recommend Your Geek Friend as an honest ,efficient and reasonably priced service.

Again I cannot fault Shaun. Very professional, friendly and manages to sort out the issue. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

First class service, took my computer to Shaun on Monday had it back on Thursday all sorted and a service in with the price Fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble for Shaun will be recommending to everyone I know who has computer problems.

My son's laptop had died and was resisting all attempts at resurrection. Shaun not only got it working, her also gave it a thorough clean and fixed a bit of the chassis that had broken. Great again! Had my GHD’s fixed a while back and now took my mother-in-laws GHD’s to be fixed. Really fast service, and great value for money. Can’t fault Shaun, so polite and helpful. A well deserved 5 stars!

Fixed broken laptop screen within 24 hrs, excellent communucation and service. Why bother with the rest ?

Shaun is a great guyoffering a great service fixed my laptop at no notice, done an excellent job it was in such a state of disrepair and he still managed to make it look like new again. He is also very very reasonably priced could not take your computer to a better guy 5* service thanks shaun.

Fast, reliable service, thought my GHD’s had had it but Shaun replaced the cable and they’re as good as new, all completed within a few hours! Very happy.

After a manufacturer-installed "utility" trashed my screen resolution, and then prevented me accessing any of my computer settings, mygeekfriend recovered everything, set it back to normal, and did a full service, all for a really good price. He even cleaned my screen and keyboard :-).

On a recommendation, this was my first visit to 'Your Geek Friend'. My Desktop Computer was restored to full health by Shaun - following a screen alert to a failing Hard Drive; this was replaced and a full service restored the P. C. Operating speed. A quick turn-around at very reasonable cost and I was kept fully informed of progress. This is the first time that I have been totally happy with a Computer Support experience.

Shaun is a very friendly helpful Guy. He fixed my Laptop for me, He did a Clean up on Laptop, Checked for and removed virus and Malware, Optimise startup programs, window update install, removed corrupt touch pad driver, installed latest, removed malware and popup generators, cleaned browsers, installed Avast antivirus, Replaced missing screws, optimised system for best performance. It is working like a Dream, Thank you very Much, Fantastic Job, Will be using "yOUR Geek Friend " Again.

Shaun repaired my laptop , quickly and at very reasonable cost. Would recommend to anyone with a computer problem. He replaced the hard disk and installed Windows 10 also anti-virus software on the 17-10-2017.
