John's work is very meticulous - and very reasonable. He has unlocked avenues that have been valuable in finding information regarding my Dad, not only has he generated family trees he has been able to identify addresses of living relatives which is just super for photo sharing - or finding. John's research is not 'hope for the best' where information with little verification is included - this information can lead to terrible time consuming dead ends. If John is not sure he will go down the certificate route to be certain. Certificates of course cost everyone £10. Essential sometimes to identify the truth. I was more than happy with his service.
