The website was easy to navigate through. The quote they gave me was £250 cheaper than my current insurers for the same cover. I must admit albeit a little late my heart sank when I read the dreadful and negative reviews but as I carried in looking through them they were very good so feel much happier now. I hope they live up to their good reviews better still I hope I don’t need them but so far I am very happy with their service.
The whole process was very easy and the price was good for the cover I needed, however, having got the quote from GoCompare then redirected to Yoga site to purchase and the price went up by £12 with no changes made, it was still the best deal so I went for it, but just saying so dont be surprised by this.
Ok I’ve read some bad reviews but made my decision because of the competitive price. Firstly the site is easy to navigate and the policy decimation seem to be inclusive and professional. I’ve not been in a situation that requires me to make a claim so I can’t really comment. All I can say is so far so good.
Two payments come out in june 2024 … 7th june £67. 87 …and the 25th june £57. 41. Now I receive a message to say they are cancelling my car insurance due to no payment ! I can’t get hold of any one! So upsetting I don’t know what to do! I’m disabled and have know idea what to do? ! I didn’t realise they’d taken all that money untill I checked my payment had come out when I received there message! Then seen two payments! I’ve logged with the police for fraud! This online only company is nothing short of despicable…£249. 99 was the insurance cover for a year, they sent out my new cover and it was £399. 90, I thought Robin Hood was dead…. I tried numerous times to contact them to cancel, they have designed the Web site to just confuse you, there is no way to talk to a person unless you actually have an accident…. I found an email address for the Ceo of the company who deals with accident claims they are one and the same company, they share the same building, they charged me £49. 99 to cancel the new policy as well as taking the £ 399. 90…Everything they do is just within the law….
I would choose a zero score if optio and foknt agree any negative reviews should be removed. I am sorry I did not look at the reviews before insuring my car. Experience on making claim has been horrendous. Nearly 2 hours on phone when setting up claim. Their repair side is a joke. Take photos and load to link. Link did not work. Agreed over phone courtesy car but disputed later in claim. I contacted insurance ombudsman to sort out repair as getting knowhere with their on line chats. Chats with multiple teams within same organisation who could not communicate with each other. Car is repaired and claim on portal showing as closed. Have not received any communications from them on my claim or excess refund. Cheap is no replacement for reliable.Moreexpand_more
My car was damaged over Christmas as I was parked at a family members house. I reported this to yoga. I was told to take photos and upload them. I did this and called them back…… No one answered. So giving them the benefit of it being a bank holiday I called again the following day. They had no knowledge of my call…. Even though I could tell them wh I spoke to and what I was asked to do Anyway that was stage 1…. Then I was told they would be in touch to collect my car and provide me with a courtesy car…. As I paid for this option. Today's date is the 7th Feb 2024 and I am still waiting for anyone to contact me. Yes 6 weeks…. No car and no courtesy car. That's over 1.5 month of insurance I have paid for a car I can not drive. I contact them regularly via a portal where no one takes accountability and just passes me around. What service takes ya payment yet does nothing for you. Last week I asked for a manager to call me, apparently it takes 3 working days for a manager to call. I waited the 3 days and low and behold…. Nothing so I went on to the portal again to go through it all again…… Still no contact from anyone. Please help me.Moreexpand_more
