My solicitors had initially misinterpreted the existing EPC certificate and advised me that I would need to arrange a separate assessment for the flat above the business premises. I contacted Tony to arrange the additional assessment, as he had carried out the original EPC assessment. After checking his records, Tony confirmed that the flat had already been included as part of the original assessment and kindly provided written confirmation of this. Tony could easily have carried out and charged me for another assessment. Instead, he was honest, professional and extremely helpful, taking the time to clarify the position and provide the evidence I needed. I really appreciate Tony's honesty and excellent customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I contacted Tony for an EPC for a property I have fully renovated. The previous EPC was done prior to new windows, doors, rads and boiler being fitted so it was due a new rating. Availability was generally good and times within 3 working days were offered, I opted for a suitable date and arranged a time. Tony contacted me twice on the morning of my appointment, the first to confirm he would be attending, and the second to advise he was ahead of schedule and would attend sooner if possible. Unfortunately I was unable to meet Tony at the property at the earlier time, but he was more than happy to collect a key from me prior to attending the property. Overall, I am happy with the service and communication. And impressed that Tony went the extra (few) miles to collect a key from me and get the EPC done sooner than expected. Thanks again, would recommend and will definitely be using his services when I need any further EPCs completing. 5 stars all round!
