Another communications company that dont understand the basics like TPS - all my numbers are registered - they called my freephone number which is also registered to sell me their services. Why would I pay 25p a min for you to call me a sell me stuff - it's unprofessional - the main numbers are widely published if you really wanted my services - the voicemail they left was 1/2 a second long.

We have dealt with Yellowcom for 5 Years with different mobile Networks. They are always on hand to provide great customer service and technical help and nothing is too much bother. Yellowcom carry out a quarterly bill review on our account that we find very useful as it saves us money!

We have been dealing with Yellowcom for almost 5 years now and I must say the service we have recieved has been amazing. Not only have Yellowcom saves us thousands of pounds over the years but they have made dealing with mobile phone providers a much easier task for us. We swapped from dealing direct with the provider to go with Yellowcom and they have dealt with any issues we have direct, which has saved us so much time and hassle. They provide us with quarterly bill reviews and if there is money to be saved, they will sort that for you. I have and will continue to reccomend this team to other business's. We have been customers of Yellowcom for about four years now and have no complaints. We are always dealt with in a courteous manner and any issues that we may have are dealt with immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending Yellowcom to any prospective customers.

I have to say I am not too impressed with Yellowcom. For communication specialists there seems to be a great lack of internal communications and knowledge regarding data compliance and accuracy. They have called my home phone number several times to drum up business, a residential number on the TPS, always resulting in my disabled house mate having to struggle to answer either a short call that rings out before pick up or a silent call when she does make it in time. Having called them to get the number removed I was hung up on in the first instance, request for data supplier and removal from data ignored in the second instance, and again ignored regarding data supplier in the third instance. Dealing with them has actually cost me money in both time and calls. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
Response : This complaint has been investigated and i would like to point out the facts of the above review. Our dialler system called this number twice with no answer on both occasions. Mr King then called into our office and spoke to a colleague, Mr King was not hung up on but the phone line went dead. Mr King then called straight back in and spoke to the same colleague who tried to resolve Mr Kings query by emailing his line manager to request that his number is removed from the dialler. In error my colleague did not email his line manager but emailed himself. We have investigated this and this unfortunate error is correct. Mr King was then rang a third time by the dialler as there was no answer on previous attempts. This call was not answered again and Mr King called in to complain as he was correctly under the impression that this had been resolved. It was then we realised the above email error had happened and the data was then removed. We have apologised profusely for this. Mr King has not been ignored on any occasion and my Office Manager has offered Mr King the cost of the calls he made to us as a good will gesture.Mr King has never been a customer of Yellowcom, my colleague made a simple error with the email and i feel this is extremely harsh to review my company this way.Moreexpand_more

I had a minor issue with my previous telecoms provider and spoke to Graeme Croall of Yellowcom - he promised to be able to sort everything and quoted me a surprisingly competitive price for switching provider along with a new handset. Graeme promised much and delievered even more - very happy with the service I've received and more than happy to recommend him to others.

All too often these days you get too much choice and not enough information to make the right decision. When I ran into trouble with my existing mobile provider I thought, at first, it was better to deal with the issue myself. After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to talk to YellowCOM and it was the best move I could have made. They listened to my problems, found out about my business, made some well-educated recommendations based on the information they had and “BINGO”, problems solved. I love my Nokia Lumia 800, it suits my style perfectly. Thank you YellowCOM!
