Wrights Cleaning

Our business needed a full top to bottom clean on our windows, and we found Wrights Cleaning through a Google search in our area. After setting up the original meeting and a site survey we received a quote via email which was a fair price and within the budget we set. We were most impressed by not only the appearance of the staff at Wrights Cleaning, but also their demeanor. Although we are situated on a main road, they acted with great concern for our staff and the passing public by using large safety signs and providing alternative access for the general public passing by. Personally I was amazed at just how clean our windows were by the time Steve and the guys had finished the job. The building looked stunning going from a building site to a brand new glass building! Almost as if we had no glass in the windows, very impressed. The price, which I stated at first we felt was fair, turned out to very good value for money as they spent 2 hours longer on site than promised and with no additional charges. An invoice was sent the following day and payment made within 30 days as per Wrights Cleaning terms. (I didn't realise Window Cleaners even worked like this).Service throughout was superb.Polite, well presented, well spoken and more than willing to help us in our requests. You can't ask for much more than that.As I said, level of quality for the service was higher than than we expected. I even asked Steve if they could clean my house, but alas they don't work in my area.Very pleased overall, and we will not be looking elsewhere for a Window Cleaner any time soon.
