I would just like to say a huge thank you for the work carried out by Lee and his team. They have done an incredible job with the wood flooring and stair carpet, would highly recommend there services, five stars all the way. Very clean and tidy throughout.

I don’t do reviews usually but felt I had to. The service I have received today has been excellent. I would like thank Wood Street Carpets for there excellent job in not only laying my bathroom flooring but also having to remove and put right someone else’s job. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Contemplating changing the kitchen and utility flooring was daunting, but we decided to try Wood Street Carpets, and are so glad we did. Dan was very helpful with getting us samples of the flooring we liked, and there were quite a few! Simon and Lee measured the space meticulously and, when we were finally ready to order the flooring, delivery took just over 2 weeks, and fitting, two full days. We had removed the old flooring materials in readiness. The attention to detail in getting the surface level was excellent; our house was built 60 years ago by people who didn't use spirit levels, and the floor was part brick base and hung flooring with slightly differing levels, with a solid concrete utility floor. Lee and Simon are great problem solvers and all was skilfully prepared. The flooring was complex to lay, and our kitchen has a number of angles to fit around, but they did a brilliant job and we're delighted with it! I hope to add a photo before too long. After choosing the carpet brand and colour we wanted, we found Wood Street carpets to be competitive after checking prices with several other local recommended carpet shops. When installation took place, the fitters were very friendly and courteous. We were very happy with the quality of the installation and level of care taken. Will happily use Wood Street carpets again.

We had the whole of our downstairs flooring replaced by wood street after being recommended them by a friend. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent. We felt they really cared about us getting the right flooring, making useful suggestions and helping point us in the right direction. Everyone was friendly and professional. We will definitely be using them again for other projects. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the fitting of our stairs and landing carpets. The price of the job was very reasonable and the customer service was very good. Sinon and Lee did a great job fitting the carpets and were very friendly and polite. A special mention for Daniel in the shop who also was very helpful. Also like the fact that the company offers a service to turn any waste carpet into mats. Will definitely recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again.
