I saw the osteopath yesterday for my neck pain and was really pleased with the treatment. She was kind, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything. I actually woke up today with much less neck pain - the first real relief I’ve had in years! Highly recommend her.

It’s been really helpful to rid off my back and neck pain. Also, discovered another muscles that causes pain in my knee but it was not my knee properly.

Timea has helped me and my back and shoulders so much, her massages and advice have improved my chronic pain considerably. Will absolutely come back the next time I have a flare up.

Kate is a phenomenal osteopath. I had put my pelvis out of alignment (the worst it had been in over 10 years) and could barely move. Kate fixed it in two sessions. As others say, she has magic hands and is a very skilled practitioner. I feel very lucky to have found her.

Kate is by far the best osteopath I have ever been to, I have been coming to her for atleast 10 years now. I call her magic hands cause she truly works wonders on my back. Everyone who I have recommended to Kate cannot thank me enough, she is really is brilliant.

I thought I was starting to get sciatica and wanted to nip in the bud, Kate reassured me that was not the case and gave me some great advice on what to improve as well as helping with the pain. It was all very last minute booking, right in front of a bus stop I have been using for years, you would not believe how serene it was inside - I will definitely be using Kate's services again should I ever need them but until then I will be recommending her to everyone :-).

I just had a wonderful massage with Timea which I was so grateful for especially after I phoned on the spur of the moment. She listened to what I needed most which was sore stiff shoulders and glutes so she concentrated on those areas. I felt totally relaxed and at ease with her…. Really feel so much happier and more supple and a great way to end my annual leave before I go back to work tomorrow! Thank you so much.

Came here for a full body massage and it was totally worth it. Timea was amazing and gave me plenty of helpful tips and advice. She made me feel welcome and didn’t rush the service. She took her time and made sure to ask me what I wanted out of the service to make sure she fulfilled my needs. Will be coming back again soon.

I saw Dan for the first time last year as I've chronic hamstring problems which have been troublesome for a few years now. In this time I've seen a few different therapists but none have been better. The treatments I have received have improved my range of motion and my all round performance. Its definitely a thumbs from me.
