After hearing the problems that dying without leaving instructions as to what would happen to my house and other assets, I knew I needed at least a Will. I live in Albrighton and searched the internet for a local consultant. Kevins name popped up and having looked on his website, I decided to make the call. I was apprehensive about making a home appointment, but I shouldn't have been. Kevin came to see me on a Saturday morning, to fit in with my plans. After 10 minutes with him, I felt totally at ease. He explained a host of options including a home trust that would protect my house from being taken from my family in the event of me having to go into care. I signed up for a Will, Power of Attorney (that was so my family could have the final say if I went do-laly), and a Home Protection Trust. Sounds expensive? Not at all.
