Wokingham Decorating Services is a professional local business based in Wokingham, Berkshire, and run by Robin Gofton, a painter, decorator and handyman. I spent 20 years in an office job, before starting my own business in 2007. I soon learned that the thing I enjoyed most - and was best at - was giving rooms a "makeover", which is why I now mainly focus on painting and decorating work.

The business provides local people with a professional decorating service and has many satisfied clients. I offer clients a reliable service with a free quotation / estimate in advance. I'm always happy to offer help, guidance and advice on decorating questions based on my experience, but at the same time I'm always aware that it's your home, and personal tastes differ. So if you want my advice, I'm happy to offer it, but I'm not going to tell you what colour to paint your room!

That's not to say that all I do is painting and decorating. Quite often the "room makeover" will include some tiling or carpentry work (hanging doors, replacing skirting boards, boxing in pipes, laying laminate flooring), or putting up coving etc, which I'm more than happy to take on as part of the project.
