WMUK Mobility

Following my previous great review at the point of purchase (it was only after popping in the shop today to offer huge thanks in person that I remembered that I only put a review on when we bought the scooter) Now that my Dad has been out and about (pretty much on a daily basis! ) I must post another review. On top of the most fantastic customer service, the scooter purchased is amazing, everything my Dad could have wished for and more. It has literally given him a new lease for life. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WMUK to everyone, please support a local business. WMUK are a wonderfully friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable business, thanks so, so much for making such a positive difference to my Dads life :).

Not a very good advert for your company to be driving around in a van with an illegal number plate CRA16 J. I just seen this on a website so thought I would pass it your way. The website features illegal number plates that don't have correct spacing hence cannot be read by police cameras or ANPR cameras. Dont shoot the messenger.

Craig has been an inspiration to myself and my wife. I'm a double above knee amputee, he never seizes to amaze me with his care and conviction in life.

The wheel broke on my mothers outdoor trolley which meant that she could not walk the dog so I contacted Craig and he said bring it in so I did and he fixed it there and then as he had the parts. Cost to me was £15 for new bearings etc.

Our Fenetic Elite was left with this shop for a new parking brake to be fitted at a quoted price of £40. It took over two weeks for them to admit defeat and send the chair back in a less usable condition than it was left. A simple phone call to Fenetic WellBeing secured a pair genuine replacement brakes for £30 with 2 days delivery. Very disappointed with the lack of expertise and service shown by this shop. Would not recommend.

Thanks craig for organising a great scooter for my dad so he could get around whilst visiting pontins sandbay he enjoyed his time that much hes coming back in november to do it all again so I will be hiring another scooter from you very soon.

Great service from a company who know their equipment very well. They gave us a thorough demonstration of how to use a mobility scooter, before we purchased it. And they addressed all our questions. First class service! I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and professional service.

After 8 years craig from wmuk made it possible for me to gain access back up stairs. To be able to return to my old bedroom was a treat, I now sleep much better and the stair lift works like a dream.
