Clear, Fixed Prices Agreed in Advance.

Wise Owl Wills offers clear and competitive fixed fees. The price is explained and agreed before any work begins, so clients know exactly what they will pay and do not receive unexpected charges later.

Current fees include:

- Single Will – £130.
- Wills for a couple – £200.
- Single Will containing a trust – £200.
- Wills for a couple containing trusts – £300.
- Codicil – £65.
- Letter of Wishes – £20.
- Notice of Severance – £20.

The agreed fee covers the preparation of the document based on the instructions provided. There are no hourly charges and no hidden extras. Where a client’s circumstances require additional or unusually complex work, this will be explained clearly and an exact fee will be agreed before proceeding.

Free Home Visits, Telephone and Video Appointments.

Clients can choose the appointment method that is most convenient for them. I offer free home visits within my Greater Manchester service area, allowing clients to discuss their wishes privately and comfortably in their own home.

Clients who prefer not to arrange a home visit can complete the entire process by telephone or video call using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or a similar service. This is particularly convenient for people with busy schedules, mobility difficulties or family members who live in different locations.

There is normally no need to travel to an office or attend several appointments. I will guide you through the necessary decisions, take your instructions, prepare your documents and explain how they should be signed and witnessed. In most cases, completed documents can be prepared within seven days after full instructions have been received.
