Please note that I always state before a booking that I only take 'fully house trained dogs' into my home, so if they do damage my possessions then you will be liable to pay for whatever they have damaged, whether it be urinating and deficating on my possessions so causing cleaning costs or irreplaceable damage by chewing / damaging them in some other way too.
A trial overnight stay is essential before a booking commences to make sure that it is going to be right for both of us If I have to cancel your booking because your pet has put me in an untenable situation with their behaviour, you are not entitled to the deposit as a refund as I only secure those dates for you with the deposit, and if it means me losing other bookings because of it being a short notice situation because of your pets behaviour then it sits within the 60 days notice rule.
Pet Sitting , Daycare and Overnight stay bookings that are cancelled with 60 days notice or less are NOT entitled to a refund of the deposit or the payment requested to secure the bookings, all customers have to secure dates with a deposit or the cost for the daycare or overnight stay rate on the day that they are agreed or are not guaranteed.
Also if dog walks or pet visits are cancelled with 7 days notice or less they are still chargeable as another dog or cat could have taken their place
Amendments and holiday bookings Cancellations - If you choose to amend your bookings dates / times e.G. If you shorten the length of your booking with 60 days notice or less, you will still be liable to pay the original dates / times / booking length that you originally booked with me in full. This also applies to if you cancel your booking within 60 days you also have to pay for the booking in full for the dates that you booked with me as another dog / cat could have taken its place Thank you for your understanding.
