Mark did a full electrical installation condition report. On the back of that he replaced a broken socket and moved the ground and first floor sockets onto separate fuses so that we can now run higher powered appliances simultaneously. Mark was trustworthy, efficient, flexible, thorough and good value for money.

Phoned Mark to discuss fitting cooker point: he came out within a couple of days and fitted it 2 days later charging exactly what he quoted and tidying-up after the job. Couldn't fault.

Skilled and honest tradesmen are worth their weight in gold and Mark Williams is up there with the best of them. Has done various bits of work for us and price couldn't be more fair, very impressed.

Mark is an excellent choice if you are looking for an electrician in Cardiff. My other half and I have had him to our house on a number of occasions on a variety of jobs. Mark works swiftly to get the job done but doesn't compromise on quality. He charges an entirely resonable rate and has never tried to rip us off with a hge call out charge, even when we've needed him to come out fairly quickly. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Mark Williams has started the long process of re-wiring the flat I live in. It's fairly large and rambling in an old converted mansion with a chaotic and ancient wiring system. After a good deal of logical thought Mark came up with a plan of how to do this piecemeal (to cope with my cash flow and the fact that he needs to work around us). The new fuseboxes and the first main room were done on time and to the price (allowing for a couple of my later additions) and with minimal disruption. As soon as cash and access allow I'll be looking for Mark to continue the work. (Have only not given Exceptional for Value for Money as I have nothing to compare against. I have no reason at all to think this was anything other than a very price. ) Highly recommended.

I am so delighted with the work mark has done he reliable hard working and very clean a perfectionist I just left him all day and was amazed what he did. He his very helpful and gives practicle advice. He is such a pleasant person and explains everything what he does in everday language. I am so impressed and reccommend him.
