After an incredibly challenging year, our little flat was looking a little tired and neglected. We decided we needed to invest in a professional clean to get us back on track and booked a deep clean with Why Bother Cleaning. The communication between the office and us prior to the clean was excellent. The team arrived on time and the two colleagues who did all the hard work were both delightful; friendly, cheerful, understanding and patient. The end results were beyond our expectations, they did a great job. The bathroom, in particular, was absolutely sparkling. There is no doubt we will call on Why Bother Cleaning in the future if we need rescuing again!

Katie and her two cleaners spent four hours doing a one-off post-lockdown deep clean of my flat for me. They were friendly, helpful, supportive and super-efficient and dealt empathetically with my neighbour's inappropriate behaviour. The flat has been reset to normal after accumulating nearly five months' worth of grime and debris. They also removed multiple bin bags full of rubbish up the steps into the recycling bins outside, which was not technically part of the job description. Katie came back afterwards to make sure I was OK. Would thoroughly recommend to other customers.

We needed a cleaning company to thoroughly clean a flat at the end of a tenancy so thought we'd try 'Wy Bother Cleaning' as they had been recommended. This was a last minute request and the people really could not have been more helpful and pleasant.
