Refreshing risk transfer. Well the thing is this. Risk. Whiteeagle's repair 'model' is such that they have real "skin in the game". They not only turn up on time and pre-text you just before, but come fully equipped and they then take the risk. What am I talking about ? Well the risk of showing up and then incentivised to use their skill and knowledge to fix your appliance- if they don't they take the risk of no charge. It's a refreshing way to do business and to date twice the ingenious Mateusz has called and fixed both an expensive Miele cooker hood (which they wanted a small fortune to fix despite just being outside warranty) and then an inventive repair to the door to our expensive (but not longer available spares) super dooper japanese washing machine. I have no hesistation in commending White Eagle repairs- they take the risk.
