Cheap quality parts used no mention of this when giving quote, screen works but had wrecked my phone with poor colour and no brightness steer clear of these knock off replacement parts it will wreck your phone.
Response : Hi there,We are sorry you didn't understand that and felt in any way misled,You can always ask before getting the work done and you can always decide you are not happy with the screen and while you are in the shop we will put a broken screen we are sorry you could not make up your mind. Kind Regards.

Quick but low quality service. Very poor replacement parts that will mean your phone is never the same again nor do they last. I've learnt this hard lesson: "Cheap Man Pays Twice". You can look Melanie's and others previous reviews on this as well as many others that share the same inevitable experience. I had a screen for two and a half years which I took in to them for repair since they were the fastest. That screen then died in only a week and it certainly wasn't my fault (my screen never died in 130+ weeks before but it died within a week with their new screen…). They then replaced the failed screen with another one that had yellow stains (very poor quality). Now I just wonder when this one will fail. Asking them to fix it again is futile and the screen will inevitably fail again. I asked about the stains on the screen and for a refund for this service (to return the screen, even the phone) but was instead blocked from communication. Next time do yourself a favour and use authorised repairers since a cheap man pays twice.Moreexpand_more

If you never have to deal with the actual people who work here then your experience is probably ok. However, they are incredibly rude and disrespectful when answering the phones or even the online chats. They have zero concept of customer service. Perhaps it's a cultural thing for them that it's ok to be abrupt and disregarding of other people, but it is not acceptable for most others I believe. With regards to their repairs they do a good job and I suppose the only reason they still operate is because it is at a reasonable cost and perhaps people are willing to accept being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer because of this. I will not be using them or recommending them ever again.

Accidentally I dropped my phone, I was very sad because that was my new phone, then I searched on the web for its repairs and I found while you wait repairs. Their price is cheap, original parts and fastest repair service in London. I booked an appointment and got repaired my phone while I wait in their service centre. Thank you, guys. Definitely, recommend.

Do not trust these people to repair your phone. They charged me £130 to change the screen on my iPhone X and used a fragile and poor quality glass which cracked again within 3 weeks. Their warranty is worthless. These people are con artists. Avoid.

WARNING! CROOKS! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICE TO THIS COMPANY! I sent them my Samsung Tab S2 which was in perfect condition from the outside and it worked. The issue was that it would not charge very easily (I would have to turn and twist the cable in order to get it charging). After 2 weeks of phoning them everyday and hearing excuses and being told the tablet was on its way back, they eventually sent it back… The tablet is completely broken now, I will be seeking consequential losses for this as it is completely unacceptable. They claim that someone attempted to open the tablet before, however this is not true and at the end of the day the tablet worked when I sent it to them. I arranged to get it fixed over ebay on that tablet! I'm not sure how these people sleep at night… I am very upset and disappointed. Manager catch phrase: "I don't lie. My weakness is that I don't lie". I'm not sure how that would be a weakness but BE WARNED, THIS IS A LIE… He lies a lot. He lied to me every day for about 2 weeks.Moreexpand_more

Phone went in for a single screen crack in the centre of the phone because it was dropped, no other damage. Came back after 10 days with scuff marks that were not there before and a very shabby glass replacement. Addendum:I opened a dispute through Ebay asking for a refund because my phone was perfect apart from a single crack on the screen, but was returned with a VERY badly dented aluminium edge, I can only presume from another phone. Ebay closed the case, however, because you claimed to have photographic evidence that the aluminium edge was also damaged when you received the phone. I would love to see these photos! I have two work colleagues who were shocked when they saw the state of my 'repaired' phone. We have corresponded for two weeks now via Ebay over this incident and you have consistently claimed that I am lying. With total confidence I can state that if the bezel was not damaged in your workshop, then it was swapped for someone elses. I know my phone inside out and have lived with it for 14 months and it was always in a Spigen tough rubber case.I have left honest reviews of what I think of this repair service and I am perfectly within my rights to do so.Moreexpand_more
