Very unprofessional. Promised to be booked on a specific date but no communication and repairer didn't turn up either. Attendant on the phone kept talking over me. First of all nobody answers when you call them. Its as if they're paying you for their services. Got to chase them to no end to get someone to speak to. They might even respond stating it was all a confusion etc. But now I've got a damaged wheel and the car is going back tomorrow for which I'll have to pay from my own pocket despite having insurance over, thanks to Wheel Doctor. Don't believe them - go with another repairer. Utter shambles.
